Helpline Appeal

Every day, more people are reaching out—scared, isolated, and unable to access the medication they need to control their seizures. They turn to us because they need someone who understands.

Between April 2023 and March 2024, we responded to over 5,136 calls, emails, and webchats from people in crisis.

With your support, we can ensure we are there for an anticipated 7,000 callers in the next twelve months.

Your donation doesn’t just fund a helpline—it gives someone a lifeline.
It means a reassuring voice at the end of the phone.
It means guidance when medication runs out.
It means hope when everything feels uncertain.

You can make that difference.

£24 Could pay for one of our trained operators to support a caller with concerns relating to living with epilepsy.

£58 Could enable us to provide enough operators to support over two people in need for every hour our Helpline is active.

£100 Could contribute to essential training for a new Helpline operator.

"I feel so empowered with the information you gave me. I am so pleased I called, and I know what to do now."
