Epilepsy Society's Training Courses
Our training courses, run by qualified nurses and experienced trainers, are aimed at those who care for adults with epilepsy, are informative, packed with well researched content and include clips of real seizures. Learn about the causes of epilepsy, how epilepsy is diagnosed, seizure triggers, first aid for different types of seizures, how to manage risks, psychosocial issues, and how to administer emergency medication. Delegates include health and social care staff and commercial organisations. We also work with the public sector, including health bodies and local councils. See below for information on the training we offer for organisations and individuals.
