We are the only epilepsy charity in the UK conducting our own research - aiming to unlock transformational treatments for the 630,000 people in the UK affected by epilepsy and making an important contribution to global epilepsy studies. We also offer a national support helpline and care for over 100 people with complex epilepsy at our Chalfont Centre.

- We can provide you with opportunities to celebrate the partnership on our website (over a million visitors a year), and social media accounts (over 5 million reach) to maximise visibility and storytelling.
Support your DEI programme
A partnership with the Epilepsy Society could significantly support a company's Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) efforts by fostering a more inclusive and supportive workplace for employees with neurological conditions and disabilities. Here’s how:
- Hosting awareness sessions to educate employees on epilepsy, its impact, and ways to support colleagues.
- Promoting Purple Day (March 26th) and National Epilepsy Week to drive engagement.
- The opportunity to host bespoke training for staff which will equip them with seizure-specific first aid skills, ensuring a safer and more inclusive environment.
Attract, motivate and retain staff
From taking on physical challenges to in-office activities, your staff can get involved in a range of exciting events throughout the year.
- Challenge Events: We have places in events across the country from hikes and skydives through to 5ks and even The London Marathon. Your staff can take part individually or as a team together!

- Corporate days: You will have the opportunity to visit our site in Buckinghamshire to find out more about the work you are supporting.

Partnering with Epilepsy Society in memory of our friend Amelia Roberts, has been a fantastic experience for the whole company. We have received excellent support when planning our own activities and our team have loved taking part in the fundraising activities that both we and the charity have offered. Personally, running the London Marathon will be the highlight for me as this is a tough challenge at this stage of my life. To have raised over £160,000 in memory of Amelia is something we at Acrisure are all incredibly proud of and we are grateful for the guidance and support provided by the team at Epilepsy Society.
