National Epilepsy Week 2022: Tell us your story…

Would you be able to help the communications team at the Epilepsy Society by sharing your story during National Epilepsy Week 2022 (24-30 May)? We are focusing on the way that epilepsy can affect not just the person with the condition, but also those around them. We also want to highlight the support that those people provide as well as how epilepsy affects their lives. It could be a parent, child, friend, teacher, colleague, healthcare professional or even an online community?

IMPORTANT: On receipt of your completed form, we will keep your details on file and will be in touch if we are able to use your story. From time to time, we are offered opportunities to share stories through the media. Please be assured that we would never pass on your details to the media without contacting you first. Any questions of concerns please feel free to contact the press office on 01494 601417.

PLEASE COMPLETE THIS FORM ONLY IF YOU ARE HAPPY TO BE CONTACTED AND INTERVIEWED BY MEMBERS OF THE PRESS.
