Some versions of Mylan's Oxcarbazepine are out of stock in the UK

Update 28/8/2019: Mylan has confirmed that all three strenghts of oxcarbazepine are currently in stock.

Original story: We have been informed that Mylan is out of stock of its versions of oxcarbazepine 300mg and 600mg tablets.

This is due to capacity constraints within their third-party production site.

Both the 300mg and 600mg tablets are expected to be back in stock by 14 August 2019.

The 150mg tablets are currently in stock.

Mylan has reassured us that other manufacturers' versions of oxcarbazepine are available.

If you need to take a different version of your medication, please speak to your GP or epilepsy consultant.
