  • Head & Back massage or Reflexology/foot massage. Promotes posture, circulation & relaxation for well-being. Confirm with Sue at appointment which massage choice. Sessions 20mins each.

Activity: An Introduction to Pranic Healing with Odette Meredith

Stress and anxiety are the most prevalent emotions experienced in the workplace. Have you ever wondered that the things you cannot see could affect us most. Can you see a thought? Can you see an emotion? Do they affect you? Do you ever feel an “atmosphere” in a room? Does someone’s mood “rub off” on everyone?

What is creating this atmosphere? Can it be changed or stopped? Stress & anxiety are in fact an energy. This energy can accumulate over time affecting our moods, behaviours, relationships, health and even productivity. Join Odette Meredith from the Institute of Pranic Healing UK & Ireland for “An introduction to Pranic Healing”, where she will share a deeper understanding of this energy and techniques including meditation to help remove this unhelpful energy. Experience increased happiness, more focus, a sense of inner peace and increased productivity.
