Children affected by sodium valproate

The BBC is planning to run several news broadcasts about the European Medicines Agency (EMA) public hearing into sodium valproate taking place in London on 26 September 2017.

Photo Montage

They want to show the numbers of children who have been affected by exposure to the drug during pregnancy by building a photo montage of their faces, including those who are now adults.

If you have a child/children who have been diagnosed with fetal valproate syndrome and would be happy for them to form part of the montage to be broadcast on the BBC news channels, please email their photo to nicola.swanborough@epilepsysociety.org.uk or send in a message via facebook. Children will not be named but will form part of a similar montage to the one above.

By submitting a photo you are giving consent for the image to be used by the BBC.
