Losing someone special is never easy, but honouring their memory could bring you comfort.
When someone we cherish is no longer with us, those memories become our most precious treasures
By donating to the Epilepsy Society in memory of someone special, you’re not only honouring their life, you’re helping fuel the breakthroughs of tomorrow.
A gift in memory could fund vital research, bringing hope and positive change in treatments and medication for the future. Leading to better lives for people living with epilepsy.
If you are struggling with grief from an epilepsy related loss our Helpline Operators available on 0300 102 0024 are here to provide confidential support. Grief is unique to each person, and there is no right or wrong way to grieve. The NHS website has more information on how to manage grief-related feelings and symptoms.
We know this can be a difficult time so to make things as easy as possible, there are several ways you can leave a gift:
- donate online;
- phone by calling our free number 0300 102 0026; or
- post to Epilepsy Society, Chesham Lane, Chalfont St Peter SL9 0RJ.
Other ways you can give
Gift in Wills
Throughout your life there will be many milestones, like, finding a life partner or buying home. You will always want to make sure that friends and family are looked after, and making a Will is a way of ensuring that your wishes are carried forward. Once you have made your wishes known you may also wish to consider leaving a gift to a charity.
Collecting donations instead of flowers?
We provide free envelopes to make giving and Gift Aid easy. Let your funeral director know you’re supporting Epilepsy Society, and they will ensure donations collected on the day are sent to us
