FAQ

When will my t-shirt arrive?

If you opted to receive a t-shirt during the registration process then you should receive this within 10 working days.

How do I encourage more donations to my page?

Our top tip is to personalise your page with as much detail as possible – this includes adding a profile photo, personalising your reasons for taking on the challenge and making regular updates about your challenge and progress.

How do I join the Facebook group?

If you haven’t joined the Facebook group yet then we would recommend it as it is a great place to hear from us and also share stories with the community of people taking part in the Walk 3 Miles a Day in June. Follow this link to join today.

Do the milestone totals for incentives include Gift Aid?

No. All milestone figures for incentives are based on your core fundraising total before Gift Aid. Gift Aid is a bonus from HMRC that charities receive separately from your donations. While it increases your overall impact, it is not counted toward incentive milestones. The qualifying total is the main donation amount shown on your fundraising page (excluding the Gift Aid figure).

How to Enter:
Raise an additional £20 in donations on your fundraising page between the 00:01 on Friday 5th of June and 23:59 on Sunday 7th and you'll be automatically entered into a draw.
